Silica products used in the rubber industry are divided into traditional sulfuric acid process and carbonic acid process based on the manufacturing method ZENYESIL and ZENECOSIL Two major product series. Each series is further subdivided into three main categories of products, depending on their specific characteristics.

ZENYESIL^®5 series is feed grade silica, adopting selected raw materialand special production process.
Because of the excellent flowability,suitable adsorption capacity,and outstanding chemical stability, It is widely used as carrier and anti-caking agent in animal nutrition industry, such as choline chloride, vitamin E, acidifiers, and almost all minerals and trace elements.

ZENYESIL^®7 Series precipitated silica has low content of aluminum, iron and other substances, suitable for translucent, transparent, common high-temperature vulcanized silicone rubber and other general rubber products like rubber seal products, sealants, plastic filler, and battery separator.

Zhengyuan’s developed composite modified silica has achieved further progress in the field of pesticide chemistry, as well as in the development and commercialization of high-performance silica.
