Zhengyuan develops the carbonation method producing white carbon black using in rubber industry, addressing the technical shortage in traditional production process.

It is eco-friendly by achieving the recycling of carbon, sodium, heat and water. The method ensures a smaller particle size of 20-50 nm, with higher dispersion capability, which could effectively improving the rubber performance. Specifically, when in tire application, it could further improve the resistance, wet grip, and reduce rolling resistance.
